should only be used as a guide for quoting good faith estimates. Fees
are based SOLELY upon the amount of time committed to accurately complete the
assignment, based on an owner’s estimate, a potential pending sale price of the
subject property, or any other factor
outside the appraiser’s control. These are base fees only. Higher fees may
be quoted for custom/complex properties, to be determined by JAZ
Residential. Clients with custom/complex
properties will be notified prior to the assignment for fee approval to continue
with the order. Additional fees may apply for multiple trips for incomplete final
inspections, missed appointments without prior notification, and drive time for
appraisals or inspections not in the immediate Phoenix Metropolitan area,
i.e.
